Competition in the world of work is getting tougher, coupled with the emergence of technologies that are able to complete the work done by humans. Career Coaching with Curriculum Vitae debriefing material is one of the important points that can be done by educational institutions. This can be manifested in the depiction of students, so that they can be glimpsed by the industrial world. This community service activity is aimed at students of SMA Negeri 76 Jakarta, with the intention that they have mature goals and plans when they graduate from high school. In addition, they are also expected to be able to compile career planning and professional history and abilities, so that they can be seen when applying for jobs. This activity was carried out using the lecture method, so that the process was carried out face-to-face.
